With every season, Beecher's acknowledges a leader who has worked exceptionally hard, often without recognition, to further their community’s understanding of and/or access to Pure Food. We call this our "Pure Food Hero Award" and it is our opportunity to commend other organizers who have had a profound impact on the Pure Food movement. In addition to sharing their story, we also award them a no-strings-attached $1,000 prize to show that our appreciation extends beyond words of gratitude.
